Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

David was very responsive and helpful. Great little place in a convenient location, lots of stuff nearby. Be aware access to parking space really tight but doable unless you have a big car. Not a problem for me but might be for others!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

We had a fabulous two night break. Alison’s communication was great from booking right through to when we left, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The accommodation was clean and beautifully presented with everything we needed. The personal touches and fresh baked goodies made it feel like home. Jacqueline’s place was lovely and well equipped. Communication was great, she answered lots of our questions before arriving and had some good tips for us. Brundall was a good spot to explore The Broads from.

Lovely place close to the Bug Parc and Roar! Both well worth a visit. Great for visiting other places in Norfolk.

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

We had a lovely stay at Anais's , a nice quiet location but very near to Southwold with lots of shops & restaurants & the beach. The bungalow was very spacious & well equipped for all our needs. Plenty of offroad parking too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was an absolute gem of a find. It suited two couples and a dog perfectly. there is a snug lounge and a sunny garden room which provided plenty of space. The kitchen area is small but lacked for absolutely nothing. the dining room is an absolute star and provides a lovely space in which to socialise. The bedrooms were both very comfortable. The house is simply full of art and other eclectic touches that make it feel like a cherished home. The garden is another standout asset with plenty of space to relax. It's an easy 15 minute walk in to town and Beccles has a nice mix of shops and facilities. T&T, who let the property, are fantastic communicators and made us feel genuinely welcome - a big thank you for this. If staying in the area again, this property will suit us very nicely and offers excellent value.

We had a lovely stay in this place. The area was lovely and quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach. This was a perfect venue for a short break with the dog and we would definitely book again. Good communication and hassle free entry and departure.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

We had a short break in Norfolk for our first time visit. The apartment is in a lovely tranquil spot on the bank of the River Bure. Just the perfect location for R&R with a sauna as a bonus and it’s only a very short stroll to local pub serving good food!

What a find! Absolutely wonderful stay. Guy was a great host and was very prompt at messaging. The annex had everything you could ever want. We really appreciated the supplied high chair and cot. Spotlessly clean and in the most perfect location. Our children especially loved the goats. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thanks again Guy

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Mark's flat is very lovely, cosy and comfortable. It has beautiful decor and everything is presented to an excellent standard. All the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I appreciated the added touches of fresh milk and other condiments that made my stay even more comfortable. And the beautiful chocolate bar was delightful too!

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!
