Wat een parel van een huisje!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in dieci persone e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto bella, dotata di ogni confort: spazi interni ed esterni molto curati. La casa è molto spaziosa e, pur essendo vicina alla metro e al supermercato, è molto tranquilla. Gli host sono stati disponibili e super gentili. Consigliatissimo a gruppi e famiglie.

We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt op een half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld en een klein uurtje van Parijs. Parijs is goed te bereiken met eigen vervoer, openbaar vervoer of Uber. Qua accommodatie is vooral het zwembad + terras prachtig, goed onderhouden en erg privé. Je hebt 0,0 last van buren of voorbijgangers. De ontvangst en hulp voor en tijdens de vakantie door Maryse en Serge was er goed. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ook schromen ze niet om Engels proberen te praten. Ze reageren erg snel. Het huis is verder erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig. Het ligt in een klein dorpje. Voor wie er van houdt; een aanrader!

Nous recommandons cette jolie maison paisible à 15min de Disneylandparis. Le séjour était parfait, la maison d’une propreté impeccable et nous remercions une nouvelle fois Lucinda et David pour les petites attentions (petits chocolats pour nos enfants et le nécessaire pour un super déjeuner). Nous reviendrons, c’est certain!

What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

pierre a ete adorable !! Lieu sécurisé avec assez de place pour accueillir les véhicules ,nous avons été un peu plus que prévu cela n'a pas été un problème. Le logement est très cosy la literie est confortable, cuisine entièrement équipée, petit poêle pour la convivialité... parfait ! la maison de pierre est sur le même terrain mais notre hôte a ete très discret dans le respect total de notre tranquillité. le terrain et le jardin sont très grand et propice à l'intimité. bref un moment très agréable nous recommandons vivement !!

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful studio apartment. It has everything you need for a great stay and Laura was really helpful and kind. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony looks out over a lovely garden below. The apartment is situated in the residential area of Canal Saint-Martin with lots of nice cafes and casual restaurants where you can sit outside and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is close to a number of metro stations, as well as places to rent bikes, so it is very easy to travel around Paris. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Merci beaucoup, Laura! :)

Bonjour, En Week-end en famille à Paris, nous avons adoré l’appartement de Charles, très lumineux et possédant une magnifique vue !! L’appartement est très bien placé, à proximité de tous les commerces nécessaires et des transports en commun ! De plus, la communication est aisée, et Charles s’est montré arrangeant concernant notre départ. Une très belle adresse ! Merci ! Marc

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

« Un petit paradis » c’est ce qu’a dit mon fiancé et je confirme. Pouvoir se détendre dans un endroit privatif, calme et paisible ça fait plaisir. On a vraiment adoré. Je marque aussi un point sur l’ensemble des outils/gadgets mis à disposition dans le logement (c’est exceptionnel tout ce à quoi ils ont pensé). C’est à féliciter.

Raphael war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der immer zu erreichen hat, sich toll um uns gekümmert hat. Seine Tipps waren sensationell! Der beste Bäcker der Stadt liegt direkt an der Ecke! Das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr niedlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind typisch Paris;-) allein das Bett war eine kleine Herausforderung, da es sich um recht harte Klappcouch handelte. Aber wir waren abends immer so müde, dass wir dennoch sehr gut geschlafen haben. Besonders schön war’s, den Kaffee auf dem kleinen französischen Balkon zu trinken. Hier blüht sogar ein Zitronenbäumchen! Das Apartment hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zur Waschmaschine. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Herzlichen Dank, Raphael.

Der Aufenthalt in Paris war gelungen. Da es für die Kinder der erste Aufenthalt war, haben wir die klassischen Stationen abgearbeitet. Julias Wohnung war perfekt als Ausgangspunkt geeignet. Die Metrolinien 2+3 haben und zügig überall hingebracht. Julia war gut zu erreichen und Ihre Beschreibungen zur Wohnung und zum Erhalt des Schlüssels waren sehr gut. Der 11 Arrondisment ist lebendig und vom Bäcker über den Supermarkt bis zu Restaurants aller couleur ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Kurzum, die Woche Paris in Julias Wohnung war sehr gelungen und wir würden Sie jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung für 2 mit allem was man braucht. Große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Très bel appartement situé idéalement à proximité de Disneyland, commerce de proximité et transport en commun. Il est cosy, bien décoré selon saison. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un magnifique sapin déjà installé. Nous étions pépère, au calme et en parfaite sécurité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Les hôtes sont toujours présent, d’une gentillesse extraordinaire et d’une grande flexibilité. Ils sont arrangeant et hyper chaleureux. Nous reviendrons forcément dans cette perle rare. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment les bonnes ondes, les bons emplacements, les bons esprits, la tranquillité, les bonnes personnes 🙏🏿 Merci beaucoup.

Un appartement au calme avec une cour privée fermée ce qui est important lorsque nous laissons quelques bagages dans le véhicule. L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipée. Nous sommes venus avec notre Puce de 2 ans et elle y était heureuse et apaisée. Nous reviendrons c’est sur et certain ! ☺️

Excellent séjour dans un super coin de Paris. Quartier vivant et plaisant du 11ème et bien desservi. L’appartement était lui impeccable et remarquable par son calme et son emplacement. La terrasse est un vrai plus… les prestations sont offertes par l’appartement sont top… avec une mention spéciale pour le goût des propriétaires. Superbe adresse. Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

This romantic top-floor hideaway is beautifully decorated and cleverly designed to make the most of the available space. Private balcony is a brilliant feature and the whole place is both quirky and very comfortsble. Lots of thoughtful touches. Definitely worth the effort of climbing the stairs!

とても静かで過ごしやすい家です。Enzo-sanは到着した日にお水やコーヒーなど買い揃えてくれてとても親切です。テレワークで部屋で過ごす方や自炊する方にはピッタリです。今まで20区内に拘ってAirbnbを利用してきましたが、この家はほぼ16区なのとボーヴェ空港やCDGにもタクシーですぐなので便利です。 素敵なホストです。皆様におすすめします！

Séjour très agréable, dans un cadre très calme, à 25 minute du parc Astérix. Le logement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour y séjourner. Nous recommandons.
