Heaven on earth, Anyone? The house and property are nothing less than amazing. Dave is a terrific host who knows the area very well. He’s also got the local hookups for boats, food, etc. Get ready to sleep like you’ve never slept before… very comfortable home and those northern Maine evenings will be missed. Thank you, Dave!

Our stay was fantastic! The property offers breathtaking views, and the cabin’s quaint charm, along with the occasional critters, added to the rustic, nature-filled experience. Our dogs loved having plenty of space to explore. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise—it was the perfect way to start the day. The main house had everything we needed, and the kitchen was so well-stocked we barely needed anything from our trailer. The lobster pot was a highlight! However, the only downside was the furniture. Everything from the patio to the living room and beds was uncomfortable, making it hard to relax, especially after a few days.

The place was peaceful and charming. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots/pans, plates, cups etc. Seats were provided for the outside. There was plenty of fire wood for the outdoor firepit and the two stoves indoor. A mowed trail led to the water. There was limited access to the water due to the brush, but the trails and views from the house was enough. Location was great. A few minute trip to downtown Lubec and to the CA border to visit Campobello island. Only suggestion is to cut down the brush by the Adirondack chairs to allow viewing of Johnson Bay. It is pretty high, but that is my only suggestion. The place and our visit was fantastic thanks to Marijean and Elizabeth. They both were excellent communicators and were quick to respond to all of my questions. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Our stay was amazing once again! The house itself is beautifully designed with a deck overlooking beautiful sunrises with water views and sounds of nature all around. It is a tranquil place to relax and unwind. The home is well equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed use of the grill and propane fire pit. There is also a beautiful area with a fire pit overlooking the water. We were also able to access our internet and stream movies on the TV in the evening with a fire going in the very large, beautiful, stone fireplace. We enjoyed the garage amenities; pool table, darts, and corn hole. The ambiance itself makes it truly a dream vacation. This home is a gem! We had a very enjoyable time staying at Katie's lovely home. She was very responsive and helped me out with my sensitivities to perfume/fragrances. That is very important to me for a comfortable stay away from home. The location, amenities, and host were just perfect. We hope to return on our next visit to Eastport.

Patsy’s place is absolutely beautiful! The interior is so cute and so homey. I loved waking up and having my coffee on the dock. Incredibly peaceful and serene. The only thing I may suggest to bookers is try to arrive before the sun sets (at least the first time) because it gets very dark….but that makes for amazing stars! 10/10 loved this place!

Just came back from a wonderful weekend in Pembroke to see family in Eastport. The house is fantastic for latge groups. Tons of comfortable sleeping areas and a great family room with a bar and a competition billiard table. Not a bad word to say about the house or the area. We would absolutely book the house again.
