Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

Close to Seamill Hydro and The Waterside Hotel. Immaculate modern apartment in the craft town of West Kilbride. Private parking. Sleeps up to 3 adults, 1 child up to 10 yrs plus infant in travel cot (superking bed can be separated into 2 singles, plus small double sofa bed). close to Largs and Ardrossan marinas, both 10 min drive. Coastal buses and train station two minutes walk away. Hourly trains to Glasgow and Largs. Close to shops, hair salons, eateries, The Barony, beach & golf course.

Arran View. Beautiful flat with Sea Views.

This beautiful two bedroom flat has some of the best views, looking over to Arran, Cumbrae, Wee Cumbrae and over to Bute and Argyll. The property has one en-suite shower room and a very large spacious bathroom with overhead shower. The kitchen, living room is open planned which just opens up the space and lets you enjoy the amazing views. This is a perfect getaway flat with 5 mins into town and the ferry over to Millport. With only 100 yards to the beach it really is in the perfect location.

Stylish and Tranquil Home by the Sea

Bright airy apartment with patio doors from the living room leading outside to a small seating area that’s a little sun trap, there’s a large comfy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is compact, with all cooking facilities, fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, there are also 2 bar stools to sit and have a swally on! Both bedrooms have comfy beds and drawer units, black out curtains for lovely long lies. There is kids toys, books and games. It’s a 2 minute walk to the seafront!

Springwell

Compact comfortable ground floor apartment with garden outlook. Situated in Craft Town Scotland on the lovely west coast of Scotland. Ideally positioned to explore Burns Country and further afield. A short drive to ferries to Arran, Bute and Argyll. Opportunities for golf, walking, sailing. Hourly train service to Glasgow with all that the big city has to offer, including some of the best restaurants in the country. 2 minutes walk to bus and train. Beach 5 minutes by car.

An ideal bright and airy 2 bedroom upper apartment, with separate lounge. There is a small kitchen, with 2 ring stove, electric oven, fridge freezer, grill/ toasting machine etc . . The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach/promenade, and a ten min walk to town centre. The surrounding area has great opportunities for hill walking / outdoor pursuits. Provided also are tea, coffee, sugar, milk. The flat is deep cleaned and sanitized in between each stay.

Stunning sea views,and scenic walks

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

Our Wee Getaway

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Glass TV and Sky hub in one bedroom.

This wonderful 2 Bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the popular coastal town of Largs. With stunning views of land and sea all around,it really is a fantastic seaside retreat. With the hustle and bustle of the town and the ferry terminal on your doorstep, you will find lots to do here.There are nine stairs to the main door of the apartment and there is a lift available to access the apartment on the third/ top floor.
