Dream Beach House is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach in Acharavi. It is a first floor house with an attic occupying 180m2 and has a excellent sea view. In the attic two queen size bedrooms and a comfortable office can accommodate at least 5 guest. On the lower level a large open living area creates a comfortable environment. A private undercover balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Time and worries will melt away by the serenity of this beautiful location.

A beautiful, detached house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal if you want to experience the magic of peace, quiet and a home away from home. House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. The large terrace with its tiled heat proof pergola and fan features outdoor dining areas and a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments in the middle of nature.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! House with private place to swim, solitary view

On the hill with a veranda with unlimited views, overlooking the bay. Capacity: 4 to 5 people Floor level: Kitchen (fully furnished with washing machine-coffee maker-oven) and lounge -air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. On loft: a double bed and an extra bed. the house has its own place to swim to share (occasionally) another house of the same owner! It is really a superb place, with a patio overlooking the bay.
