Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Chelsea Lake House, Game Room, & Pontoon-rental

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). This is one of 4 guest cabins on the property. We are an adults-only venue except for special Family Weeks. Please inquire about our kid-friendly dates. You'll be visiting the High Line cabin at Stillwater Stays. This upcycled shipping container is cantilevered above an old-growth forest and perched 70’ above Perry Lake. Finished in 2022, the premium interior feels fresh and modern. Guests enjoy lake access, encounters with horses, bird watching, and acres of hiking trails.

Caroline Cottage

Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available May 15–Oct. 15.
