We really enjoyed staying at this place, everything was clean and organized. I loved having the e fenced in yard for the dogs. Overall great little place, awesome location, and great price! Will note not great cell service, but still had a few bars!

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The house is so clean and beautiful. It was a perfect, peaceful retreat for our family, and our boys loved the 3rd floor loft and spiral staircase! Highly recommended, would be happy to stay there again.

This was such a lovely family experience, there is lots of space, a great selection of games, multiple comfy seating areas and a super useable kitchen. My kids are older, but i noticed the home was fully babyproofed, outlet covers etc. This really felt like staying in a much loved home. And Eileen baked us fresh bread and muffins!!!

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!

Place was amazing myself and my children enjoyed staying here. Everything was exactly in the pictures, it was very relaxing and peaceful and they had everything you could need right there. Totally worth every penny. I’ve stayed at other places and this one blew them out of the water. Definitely stay here again. Host was amazing and very polite and very responsive to any questions. Overall be foolish not to wanna stay here

“An exceptional retreat with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to actually cook, and the thoughtful design extends to the outdoor patio, where we enjoyed using the grill. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—attentive and welcoming—and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the entertainment district. I stayed here with my 13-year-old twins, and we found it to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. We’re truly grateful for such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end stay.

We enjoyed our short stay at Teresa’s apartment. It had everything we needed including water and seltzer in the fridge, snacks and tea/coffee. We would stay here again when traveling in the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

Outstanding host with key features for an elegant and relaxing weekend with the partner. The coffee machine was stocked and ready. Lots of generous perfume and cologne for us to try from Heather. Awesome stay would come again !!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful, and Salvatore is a phenomenal host! We had a fantastic trip! The cabin is even cuter than the photos and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing cabin on the water! We loved having coffee out on the water every morning. Would come back in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone!

This is a great stay! Meghan has been a such amazing host. Her place is clean and well maintained. All appliances are top quality. The yard is the cherry on the top! It also connected to a state forest if you would love to have a little hiking experience. Will definitely check out during summer time again.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Amazing host, I've had about 15 stays and Rena is one of the best hosts, communication and kindness is top tier! The place is amazing, so quiet and peaceful. One thing I loved is that the sounds of nature (crickets) etc are not overwhelming. The hot tub is so amazing, perfect temp! Would stay again.

Kelly was very easy to work with and The communication was wonderful. We enjoyed a great stay with friends and felt very comfortable in the home.

absolutely stunning, it's worth the small amount. there's so much to do if your an outdoors person. only suggestion would be more oven cookware (no cookie sheet, or baking pan). it's was fabulous being away from society and grounding to nature

This was a really fun place for a family. Plenty of space inside to spread out, enough games to keep us busy, and, most importantly, a massive property for us to explore. We spent so much of our time on the hammock, hiking through the woods and playing in the creek. There are two towns nearby both with a handful of cute shops and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip.

The Heron cabin was an amazing weekend getaway! Close to the Baseball hall of fame, but far enough out to be away from the noise and crowds. The cabin was clean and comfortable and is a great place to relax!
