Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. This space is nestled in the northern outskirts of Saint Charles, one block from a large gorgeous park (River Bend Community Park), and the Fox River Bike Trail. This is a 750 SF apartment, and is one of two in a duplex building (both units are on airbnb). There are no shared indoor spaces and the apartment has its own exterior entrance.
