The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

" Captain's Quarters", at Sylvanrude, Lakebay WA

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Enjoy the private lakefront and dock on the property and a brand new kitchen (remodeled 2024)! This classic 1-bed + loft A-frame is great for couples or small families who enjoy the outdoors! The bedroom features bunk beds for the little ones while the loft features a mid-century modern Queen bed for the grown-ups. Basic kayaks, inflatables, and life jackets are provided! You will have the entire ground floor of our 3 story home with your own private entrance, facing the ponds and forest. Spencer Lake, Phillips Lake, and Harstine Island boat launches are all within 10 minutes. We have 2 large ponds and a year round creek for you to meander and explore.

This is 20ft Cheyenne Tipi with a separate heated bath hut and small cook hut is located in Lakebay, WA. Views across Puget Sound & Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, deer in the yard and bald eagles soaring above. This is glamping at its finest. When you wake in the morning, for heat you have central heating from a real furnace. Lying in bed you can control lights, Smart TV, and even the google hub. We can add a 4 people tent as well as a ‘pak ‘n play for infants upon request.
