Harstine Place is a family home where five generations have grown and gathered. It was designed by our mother to maximize waterfront views. We welcome well-behaved dogs. There is 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins & queen sofa bed. Enjoy hiking trails, a clubhouse, and ball courts. Shared pool & spa open in summer. Beach shelters have fire pits & off-leash pet areas. Groceries and Lakeland Village Golf Course are 30 minutes away. Pacific Ocean is just under two hours west. Required contract for booking.

Relax with the whole family at our rustic cabin tucked in the woods on wonderful Harstine Island. Located at Hartstene Pointe, staying at our cabin gets you access to all the community offers, including, the community pool, hot tub, club house/community center, ping pong, and billiard tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids playgrounds, BBQs at the beach, 3+ miles of beach, and 5 miles of walking trails. Please note the pool and hot tub are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Farm Cabin, Ruffing it. bring your own bedding

This little cabin is for those who know how to rough it. Dog friendly. Bring your own Sleeping bags and pillows. There is a convenient sawdust toilet, picnic table, BBQ and fire pit with Edison lights just outside the front door. 100 feet away in the main house guests have access to a bathroom and showers. For those wanting a farm visit, just passing through or base camp for day trips. This is it, It's cozy. You can fix breakfast, come and go stay and milk a goat or pet a cow or horse.

Cozy Island Home w/Water View and Private Hot Tub

Come relax at Shadie Pines! You can sit back and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the deck (or from in the hot tub!), listen to the birds sing and the seals barking, and say hello to the friendly neighborhood deer. The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

Rise and shine with a spectacular sunrise, then venture out and explore the lagoon, the beach, or the trail. Bring your kayak, paddleboard, or beach toys. Regardless of your plan, the magnificent beauty of the Pacific Northwest awaits!

Private Cozy Lakewood Loft

The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. Take the stairs up to your room with comfy queen size bed, private bath with remodeled shower, and a desk to get your work done (wifi available). Enjoy use of the pool area during summer months (contact host for more information). This area is located close to Fort Steilacoom Park. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.

Enjoy nature and serenity on Harstine Island within the gated Harstene Pointe Community. With tasteful, minimal furnishings, this cabin is the perfect retreat for couples and families. With a pristine, beautiful beach less than half a mile away, and pool and hot tub access (late May through early Sept.), you're sure to find plenty to do (or not do) during your stay! Island life awaits! *Please note this is a residential community and not a resort. No concierge services available on site.

Barbary Cottage, a cabin retreat in the woods

A hidden paradise located at The Pointe, on Hartstene Island. This gated community is located 30 minutes outside of Shelton on the North tip of the island. There is something for everyone in the family with a community pool and hot tub (OPEN SUMMER MONTHS ONLY), club house/community center, billiard & ping pong tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids play structures, cooking facilities/barbeques at the beach, 3.5 miles of private beaches and 5 miles of walking trails.

Cozy Harstine Island cabin

This cozy cabin is nestled in the woods, yet just a five minute walk down a campground like road to a private community beach. This fully remodeled and refreshed cabin is located within a gated community that offers a very peaceful, remote setting. You'll have access to adult and kid bikes, scooters, kayaks, kids books, games and several community amenities. Community amenities include a seasonal pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) , tennis courts, pickleball courts and clubhouse.

Harstine Island Family Adventure House!

Our Harstine Island vacation home is perfect for 1-2 families looking for an adventure or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway. There are many fun adventures for all ages inside and out! The house is in Hartstene Pointe next to the community center with a seasonal pool and hot tub, playground, books, puzzles, movies, board games, ping pong, and pool table. If you're looking for a more active adventure, check out one of the many trails or hop on one of our bikes or kayaks.
