8 Min walk from Blue Hills mall, 10min drive to midrand central, kylami center, mall of africa, 20min drive to fourways, montecasino, sandton. Located in Blue lakes Estate. The unit is situated close to the security entrance so no long walks to get to the uber or to the exit. Unit lacks little and offers a eastern facing large sized balcony and western facing kitche, shower with a bath in the ensuite and a shower with a toilet in the main. Good sized 2nd room and even better sized main room. Furnished with updated furniture and has good speed internet, located on the 2nd floor with no elevator but stairs are huge sized. the flat flushes easy and has zero hints of stale smell, the tiles are shiny like the pics.Extremely, supremely reliable host, specially that she wasnt physically in joburg at the time. tv has all standard apps preloaded. Most bolts and ubers know the area due to Blue hills mall. Very quiet and safe estate and area in general 8/10. Will be returning 100%

I had such a peaceful stay at this apartment. Elzette was a very responsive and friendly host. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and baking. The setting was tranquil, the garden was beautiful, and I loved the pool and braai area. I would highly recommend the neighbourhood for anyone looking to unwind. Thank you, Elzette!

This was our second stay at Dawn's house and it was not by mistake. She and her husband are the best of hosts so much so that we feel like we are a part of the family. Dawn is very warm, caring and accommodating to every need you may have. She is an excellent communicator and will attend to any query swiftly and satisfactorily. The listing in itself is a gem of note... With a terrace encompassed by a large tree that provides shade at all time of the day, you can enjoy sitting outside taking in fresh air while reading one of the books from her lovely little boomshelves. The place is well kept and the bathroom is in pristine condition (we loved the bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at your convenience. Thank you for having us Dawn... Yours is a home away from home.

This is one of my favourite listings in Pretoria for its close proximity to Menly Mall and other facilities with easy access to the highway. the listing is in a secure and spacious building with very fast and reliable Internet and all the trappings of a modern home away from home.

Jason is very friendly helpfull and great. The check in was so lovely and he gave very helpfull info. The unit was clean and very homely and had all wee needed. It was very safe and secure. This is recommended for each and everyone. We loved our stay.

Marcelle and Fritz are sure super hosts. Fritz was waiting to welcome me at the gate. I felt at home and in love with the property before getting inside. I would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the beauty and hospitality. My room was more beautiful, homely, and better than pictures and words can capture. I sure will be back.

Incredible Stay – Highly Recommended! This house was everything and more! It’s spacious, clean, stylish, and located in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with no noise – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional – always available, kind, and incredibly attentive. You can tell there’s serious care and thought put into every detail of the space. Rooms are large, bathrooms are big and spotless, and the overall layout is just beautiful. The outdoor area is a dream – clean pool, amazing patio, and a top-notch braai area. Truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Worth every cent. I’d book it again without hesitation!
