Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

Slip Cottage is in the conservation are of Whitstable just off the High Street with its unique boutique shops, Restaurants and Bars both family and dog friendly. Its central location is right at the heart of Whitstable benefiting from its own private parking space. All you have to do is turn up, everything is within walking distance. The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.

A quaint mews cottage in the centre of Broadstairs. Minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches, bars and restaurants. This small, well-equipped cottage really could not be closer to the hustle and bustle of this tourist hotspot. Recently redecorated to a high standard with an array of amenities to make your stay more comfortable. There is also a small terrace, garage and forecourt for parking. There is also self check in for your convenience.

Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
