Vakantiewoningen met open haard in Hove, Brighton and Hove

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Lorna's place was ideal for our stay in the area. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space for 4 of us. We really appreciated the little touches, like chocolates on arrival and milk in the fridge!

We had a lovely time at Fred’s place! The location was great and the house was full of character. The beds were comfortable and the showers were also great. We would recommend! Would probably say it isn’t pet friendly though, just because we were worried about them knocking over things/ going upstairs/ going on the rugs and they weren’t allowed outside. Other than that perfect.

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. Great house, home from home, everything we needed, plenty of space for our older children, briiliant location for buses all over the area so no need to take the car, shops very near for supplies and the fish and chips near the house were fabulous. Would happily stay again, thank you.

Thomas was a fantastic host. Lots of local recommendations and helped us out by organising us a travel cot. Stunning location, super private and gorgeous countryside views. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed here with a group of friends and it was everything we hoped. The house is amazing, exactly as described with everything you could possibly need. Plus it’s in a great location. Nicola was a great host! She was proactive and responsive to any messages and made sure we knew we could message her if we had any issues or needed help. Would definitely recommend if you’re heading to Brighton :)

Great flat on quiet road in Seven Dials. Good size with lots of natural light and right on the doorstep to local restaurant and bars. Tom was very responsive. Enjoyable stay.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful Brighton home! We loved the details and the beautiful kitchen. Adorable neighborhood.

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Peaceful, excellent value and suitable for a family stay. It is short walk to the beach and there are good restaurants and shops nearby. Good bus transport links to some touristic places.

Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement van Emily. Het ligt in een hele fijne buurt. Alles wat je maar nodig hebt was aanwezig. Heerlijke bedden en fijne badkamers. We zouden zeker een volgende keer weer dit appartement boeken!

This was perfect for a few days away: Easy to walk to from the bus stop at the pier and with a great outlook across the beach. Easy to walk into town to find a variety of restaurants. The flat was just as described and the kitchen and living room space would be perfect for 4 or 5 people. We had a lovely time. Thank you !

Fantastic long weekend for two pals visiting the fringe festival and catching up with other friends. Loads to do and see, and brilliant food and drink choices. I think this is a perfect place to visit Brighton and Hove (actually).

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

We had a fantastic stay at Ingram House, it was the perfect venue for our family get together. The place is brilliant, well equipped, spacious and has wonderful quirky decor. Many thanks

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!
