We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Large and stylish central Hove apartment with private garden, situated on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian seafront building with direct sea views and views over Hove Lawns. The apartment has just been decorated and is filled with antique mirrors, chandeliers, new pale sofas, a king size bed, a double bed and fluffy towels. The shower room is new, with Fired Earth marble tiles and a huge shower head. Perfectly located, the shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away.

Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
