A comfortable stay in a well appointed and conveniently located apartment.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Très beau logement, bien situé dans la rue principale et à 100m de la plage comme le nom l’indique. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et tout se passe comme prévu sans surprise !

Logement conforme à la description, idéalement situé par rapport à la plage (accès assez direct par un long escalier, pour descendre par une rampe il faut marcher un peu plus), à un bon petit restaurant (très abordable qui propose d'excellents fruits de mer), à des petits commerces dont une boulangerie. Donc nous conseillons certainement. Seul point d'attention il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec douche mais deux toilettes. Donc si vous êtes nombreux, il faut s'organiser le matin pour la douche.

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Vraiment super pour un séjour en famille avec des Enfants , Arnaud a pensé à tout dans le logement pour ne pas s encombrer d’un lit et d’une chaise haute , on est quasi les pieds dans la mer, pas besoin de véhicule ça c’est génial , centre ville a 2 pas , on est super content de notre séjour

Comfortable flat in a lovely location. Very homely and full of character. Wonderful for the beach. Lovely park nearby. Eveything you need for a stay by the sea. Dogs welcomed a bonus with towels, food and bed facilities for our furry family member.

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Had an absolutely lovely time. Incredible house for a big bunch of us. Wonderful hosts that made everything easy and enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Absolutely loved Barefoot Beach House! Location is fantastic, literally sitting on the sand. Home is warm and inviting, clearly loved by a family. Mark was responsive and helpful. Will definitely look to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for first rate beach stay!

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! merci André de nous avoir permis de passer un très chouette séjour dans la région, le logement est vraiment très bien décoré et très cosy, on se sent vraiment très bien et on a bien profité ! petit bémol si il faut dire quelque chose, il manque une grande casserole dans le matériel de cuisine, et la taille de l'évier ne permet pas d'envisager de la grande cuisine même pour deux personnes. mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre très chouette séjour. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! on recommande

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. A lovely little spot with a sea view, quiet - easy free parking (even for our van). 10 minute walk into town. Tesco Express round the corner if you want to eat in which we did on the last night. Cosy yet spacious - perfect place to stay in Margate - will definitely be coming back here when we're next in the area.

L emplacement est très appréciable, à proximité de commerces et de très jolies balades. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans son logement et recommandons sans hésitation.

Bon séjour chez Jean-Baptiste. Logement impeccable, propre, bien équipé. Literie excellente. Proche de toute commodités. Nous y reviendrons ! Dommage pour l’échafaudage sur la terrasse mais c’était bien mentionné dans l’annonce.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in . Bexys home was a great find , perfect sea views and the most amazing decor. No boring Flatpack furniture here from Ikea . This has been very well thought out and you can see a passion for design . Highly recommend .

A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the beach. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and Abbey and Joe go out of their way to make your stay as great as possible - we especially loved the welcome gifts left for us and the detailed information about the surrounding area and recommendations. We had a fantastic couple of days away and would highly recommend!
