Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Bright, eco-built, near the port!

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (six of bikes to use, and beach toys in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs has bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.

Enjoy Long Beach in our beautiful home that’s only a five minute walk from the beach. Furnished so you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy our diverse kitchen, equipped with everything from pots and pans, to blenders and coffee machines. Our place is also well equipped for children, with toys and highchairs and all in between. Feel assured that we take extensive sanitation measures before and after every guest.
