It is located only a heartbeat away from three exquisite sandy beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters. This retreat, which accommodates up to 8 persons ,is designed to offer refined relaxation and privacy. Meticulous attention has been given to detail regarding the design, handcrafted decor and the prime materials used (Greek Stone & Marble)

Yacht Front Studio (No 5)

This very small room located at the port of Ios, at the side of the building at the first floor, in front of the Yacht docking premises. (side view) Needless to say is very close to everything you need. The supermarket is located just under your feet , The outstanding cafe-ouzo taverna " O Kafenes" is a few feet walk, the bus station,car rental, fishing and diving services, bakery and other cafe and restaurants are 50-60 meters away. The famous blue flag "Yialos" beach is in 400 mtrs.

Apartment at Mylopotas Beach- Ios Island

Our 4 persons apartment at beautiful Mylopotas (150m distance from the beach). Is 45sqm situated on the ground floor with private balcony offering great view(sea/swimming pool/garden/mountain). Is part of our small family runned Paradise Apartments and studios unit and is ideal for small groups . The apartment is offering: kitchen facilities shower style bathroom free wifi flat tv hair dryer linen/towels daily cleaning in general at the hotel: swimming pool pool bar pool table

Sea and Sun l

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We can host groups up to 16 people on our villas!

On 4000 square meters land with olive trees, geranium and cactus with150 meters of private seaside with a private dock for swimming and a place where a yacht can accost. Two bedrooms for four people and more beds for your accommodation ( kids, guests).

Notre luxueuse maison de style cycladique vous accueillera pour vos vacances sur l'île de Ios, à 400m de la superbe plage de Yalos. Située légèrement en hauteur, vous bénéficierez d'une vue panoramique sur Kampos (la campagne), Chora (le village), le port et enfin la plage. Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.

Traditional Cycladic Studio (deluxe)

This renovated studio combine the traditional architecture with modern facilities. It is spacious (36m²) and comprise of a double bed, two sofa beds, a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The large private veranda offers stunning sea views. The studio can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children. It is ideal for couples and families with small children.

Magganari is the most popular destination on Ios boasting a set of beautiful beaches with golden sand and crystal clear emerald water The area is generally peaceful and the visitors may enjoy the most relaxing holidays. Magganari , is on the south of the island 25km from the main village. There are Not Super Markets no Bars.
