Studio 5 min walk to Town/10 min to Beach Sea view

Welcome To Yannis. This studio has a small kitchenette for minor cooking, toaster, and kettle. Air-con , Fridge, T.V , Wiifii and hairdryer. A small, private outside balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Built into the side of the hill, and under our other rooms, due to its structure has a lower than normal ceiling. The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach. Bookings only accepted if you are over 21

Sea and Sun ll

Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (keep in mind the bumpy,rocky,dirt road, car/ATV always recommended). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.

Ενα διπλο κρεβατι και ενα μονο,εξοπλισμενη κουζινα ,δυο κλιματιστικα,μπανιο, ενα μπαλκονι με θεα την πολη. Supermaket,εστιατορια,μπαρ,clubs ενα λεπτο απο την πορτα σας! Σταση λεωφορειου και γραφεια εκμισθωσης οχηματων ενα λεπτο απο το δωματιο . Τα κτιστα κρεβατια και τα χρωματα του Αιγαιου θα σας χαρισουν την διαμονη που αναζητατε! Θα χαρουμε να σας φιλοξενησουμε στην πανεμορφη Ιο!

Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε στο μοντέρνο και ολοκαίνουριο στούντιο μας Punta Sea View! Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θεά στην θάλασσα και μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα γραφικά σοκάκια της χώρας! Επίσης, υπάρχει δημοτικό πάρκινγκ ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα μας και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες της χώρας -μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια- σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες και εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, και στάσεις λεωφορείου.

Ενα παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι στο κέντρο της χώρας της Ίου στα στενά δρομάκια του νησιού και κοντά στην έντονη νυχτερινή ζωή. Τουλάχιστον τρεις από τις πολύ δημοφιλείς παραλίες του νησιού (Μυλοπότας, Κολιτσάνοι και Γυαλός), βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 15΄-20΄ με τα πόδια και 5΄-10 ΄με το λεωφορείο . Ό,τι και να χρειαστείς είναι δίπλα σου: εστιατόρια, εμπορικά μαγαζιά, fast foods, super markets στάσεις λεωφορείων. Το καλύτερο ηλιοβασίλεμα, από την κορυφή της χώρας.
