The Smiling Moose Lodge is perfect for your next family getaway. The house sleeps 16 in beds and has plenty of space for the whole family and then some. Centrally located between Traverse City, Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort, the City of Cadillac, and Caberfae Peaks ski resort. The ORV trail for snowmobiling starts at the end of the driveway and the Manistee River is 3 minutes away where you can enjoy all of nature by canoe, kayak (4 provided) or boat.

Pine River Peaks

This cozy, centrally located cabin offers easy access to Caberfae Ski resort, the Pine River, Tippy damn, and the trail systems access right outside its doors, along with everything else Wellston has to offer. Its no Taj Mahal but this 1968 trailer with a cabin attached allows space for larger groups or multiple people. Full kitchen, 4 bedrooms 2 living rooms, its ideal for a family getaway, deer camp, or just a winter snowmobile/ice fishing get away.

Lake View Bluffs is located atop a 200ft bluff with breathtaking views of the fresh coast. While we don't have a safe way to access the water yet, there is a beach 5 minutes away. This destination is perfect for families and friends looking for a secluded getaway. Features include a coffee/tea bar, board game zone, nursery, observation deck, outdoor fire pit, and a 12ft by 8ft swim spa with room for up to 12 people and amazing views of the lake!
