The cobblestoned street is closed to vehicular traffic and access is obtained by a coded entry gate, the caretaker's house is located at the entry. At dusk, the avenue is illuminated by street lamps which evoke the atmosphere of late 19C .

We take the utmost care of the apartment which is why parties and animals are not allowed.
