We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful heritage house in Georgetown, Penang. The decor and renovation work really brought out the charm and character of the place. The house was full of thoughtful details and information about its history, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The host was very helpful, responded quickly, and was very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made our trip even smoother. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Penang!

We had a wonderful stay at Karean’s cottage. The place is as described and a cosy home from home. Just outside of Penang, and only a short drive into Georgetown, was perfect. Nice quiet and safe neighbourhood, with shops and cafe’s all close by. We had our small dog with us, who very much enjoyed running around the garden. Karean was communicative throughout with any queries. Will definitely stay again in the future when in Penang.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Sam’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The view from the balcony was stunning Sam was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great tips and making sure everything went smoothly. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang!

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

The place is clean, perfect for 2 pax. Loved that there’s microwave and kitchen for easy food preparation. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Just minor smell issue in the toilet as there’s pipe from the toilet from above level. But it subsides an hour later as there’s open window. No big issue.

Loved staying at Chers' place, it was hugeeeee. More than enough space for 10 of us. Location is a little bit out of town, but only a 10 mins drive to Georgetown. Cher was really friendly too, recommending us places to eat while in Penang. Definitely will stay again the next time I'm here!

This is my 4th staycation in this place. The homestay is clean and you feel like you are in your own house. The location is very strategic. Nearby airport, Bukit Jambul and Tokong Ular. Easy to access. Free parking. Got Speedmart, 7 Eleven, Nasi Kandar & Sushi Ya at the ground floor. The host is very responsive. Very recommended for small family.

We had a good time at this homestay. Khor was very responsive, resolving any issues that had come up (minor) & adapting to some requests too. Also suggested eateries etc as well. Location was easy access to Setia Spice, and it was most convenient! would definitely stay here again if we are back there.

The propriety is in a local resident area, quiet and place full. But the daily life routine of local may not coincide with the tourist routine mode. Bring ear plug if you are a light slepper. As the local gets up earlier than the "tourist".

I haven't been to Penang for a long time. I looked for Airbnb in Penang and suddenly found this perfect location. The three rooms are just enough for my family to vacation, gathering and chat there. It's a very clean homestay. You can consider it. If the number of people is the same next time I go to Penang, I will still consider this one. The host is also very friendly and helpful. Enjoy the stay at this property. Very near to Queensbay shopping mall. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Communication with the owner was great - very responsive. We did have trouble finding the car parking bays even with the video instructions. Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay!

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for those planning for a large gathering.

House is clean, no kitchen provided. Rental is per room not the whole house. Front door cant be close only room door have the key. parking is limited is for gathering more than 5 cars , have to park outside because are occupied by others. Overall ok for short stay.
