The home was comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfy . It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again !

The space was accurately represented in the photos and generally met our expectations. The location was convenient and check-in was smooth. The living areas were comfortable for our group, though the property showed some signs of wear. While advertised for up to 12 people, the bathroom situation is something future guests should note - there are only two bathrooms, with the master bathroom being quite small and featuring a barn door that doesn't offer complete privacy. For larger groups, this could create some challenges with bathroom scheduling. Overall, we had a good stay, but would recommend this place for smaller groups (perhaps 6-8 people) rather than the maximum capacity of 12 if bathroom access and privacy are important to your group.

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

House was spacious and I’m a great location. Host was very accommodating and attentive as well. Excellent communication.

We had a wonderful stay at this getaway! Only an hour from home but felt worlds away - loved the big views from the pool and the fact that you weren't able to see any other houses or the road. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were actually SSSOOO comfortable! So much so that we had to check the tags to order for home :) Long days of swimming and s'mores by the campfire at night, just what our family needed to recharge. Can't wait to go back! Jodi was incredibly responsive and helpful both leading up to our stay and during our stay as well!

I lived in this lake house for 5 months and was very very pleased with all aspects of my stay. Book with confidence.

Sarah and Jesse have a great little place. Nothing fancy, but extremely clean (and I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness). It has comfortable den furniture and beds, and is full of extras. There’s even a yoga mat and some exercise equipment. It’s light and bright inside with plenty of windows during the day, but easy to make it private at night. The location is very convenient with a park and Southern Village nearby, easy access to Chapel Hill proper, and Raleigh is only about 30 min away. We would definitely stay here again.

Cool house. Thanks for hosting my family. Towels, blankets, and dishes were readily available for us. The 1/2 bathroom and laundry room added convenience for us all as well.

This area was really cute. The house was very well equipped, lots of additional items that made the stay pleasurable. The house and amenities appear fairly new and in great shape.

Hope was very responsive to messages. Check-in and check-out were flexible. Well equipped house - nice linens, lots of towels, coffee makers and coffee provided. House was lovely and well-furnished. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quite walkable to groceries, shops and restaurants. In the heart of Carrboro (so slightly urban). One block from Weaver Street Market.

Great neighborhood and location. Easy to walk our dog. Quiet and friendly. House had a great layout. House was well equipped. Back yard was peaceful, fenced, and great for our dog.

This was our second stay at Patricia's place. We love having a secluded spot on the water for the dogs to swim and a big yard to explore. It was peaceful and relaxing. Ting's home was everything my family needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for a big family. Everyone was confortable and felt at home. There is something for everyone, it's truly a beautiful home with great energy. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

Had a group stay while working at the casino. Very happy with the place. No issues. Had to extend the stay and was very responsive in communicating with the change.

This was the. Fourth summer that we stayed at Reuben's place. It feels like a home away from home. Whenever there was a issue with a battery or something else he came over either that day or the next. He's very friendly and a nice person to talk with. I can highly recommand this house and host.

Aloc’s place was perfect for us! We stayed for three weeks and we’re extremely comfortable . We had personal business in the area and if we come back we will definitely seek to stay at Alec’s place!
