maison au calme et sympa pour notre week-end grande famille. toutes les chambres sont confortables et grandes et deux d entre elles ont des sdb privées et bureaux pour tt. Vous êtes rapidement dans la forêt et le centre est à 5 min en voiture. le seul petit point négatif et qu il n y ait aucun point d alimentation (pain, superette, restaurant ) accessible à pied .

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Sehr tolles ruhiges Haus mit einigen Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Sehr gute Gastfreundschaft und das Haus war genau wie erwartet tadellos. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Notre séjour dans je logement d’Olivia & Dom s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Le logement est impeccable. Très propre, charmant, facilement accessible en métro et en tram depuis Paris. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec possibilité de parquer un véhicule facilement. Commerces à proximité. Le jardin et la spacieuse terrasse sont agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille.

Rien à redire sur ce séjour. Logement nickel et confortable. Bcp d'attentions de la part des propriétaires qui font la différence : café, lait, jus de fruit, biscuits etc Très bonne com avec mes hôtes. Merci de nous avoir accueillis mes chiens et moi ;)

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

L’alloggio di Patricia è molto comodo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, grazie al fatto che affaccia su un vicolo cieco. L’ alloggio è confortevole e ben organizzato, con tutto ciò che serve per rendere confortevole una vacanza. Un bel rifugio dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città!! Forse l’unica pecca le scale un po’ strette con i bagagli!!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Pascal et Laetitia sont des hôtes incroyables, offrant une expérience chaleureuse et accueillante. Ils ont pris soin de chaque détail pour rendre le séjour confortable et agréable. Leur attention à l’hospitalité et leur disponibilité sont remarquables, toujours prêts à donner des conseils utiles et à s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Ils créent une atmosphère conviviale et authentique, rendant le séjour inoubliable. Hautement recommandés! Le logement est très bien situé, il est certes pas très grand mais bien agencé et il conviendra parfaitement à un couple et également à leurs convives occasionnellement. This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

Aufgrund der guten Beschreibung die perfekte Wohnung für uns mit zwei Kindern gefunden. Eine tolle Woche in Paris! Charlotte war freundlich und professionell - wie bei Freunden zuhause. Die Gegend ist super, alles kann man schnell erreichen. Tolle Cafés und Restaurants, prima Läden fürs Einkaufen. Metro und Bus um die Ecke. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Kirche und Stadt vom Balkon. Sehr hell. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Kunst, Fotografien und Malerei von hervorragender Qualität überall und eine super Küche mit allem was man braucht. Auch architektonisch eine schön gemachte Wohnung, sehr liebevoll und süß eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Gleich im Haus ein schönes Restaurant und ein hervorragender Bäcker. Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind gut zu meistern. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig zum schlafen. Für uns war alles perfekt. Danke, Charlotte!

Die Unterkunft von Nina war wirklich toll, um Paris kennenzulernen! Die Lage war gut, um zu Fuß zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen - die Unterkunft liegt allerdings direkt über einer Bar, was nachts zu einer gewissen Lautstärke führt. Die Einrichtung war super, die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Es gab ein Duschbad und zwei Toiletten, wovon eine direkt an eins der Zimmer angeschlossen ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Goede locatie om parijs te bezoeken. het appartement was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van 4. De keuken was goed geëquipeerd en ook lekkere koffie was aanwezig. Onze kinderen vonden het stapelbed geweldig. De dichtsbijzijnde metro was op wandelafstand en in 20 a 25 minuten bereik je het centrum van de stad. Elena was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedankt!

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

날마다 에펠탑을 볼 수 있는 기쁨! 무엇보다 위치가 최고였어요! 집앞에는 맛있는 빵집도 있었고 시장에 가서 치즈랑 과일도 살 수 있었답니다. 파리의 모든 명소를 방문하기엔 더할 나위없이 좋은 숙소였습니다~^^
