The cabin is surrounded by ORV and snowmobile trails. It is centrally located in the northern part of the lower peninsula for easy day trips to areas such as Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Higgins lake, with a small beautiful beach is just a 5 minute drive from the cabin.

This is a beautiful, family and dog-friendly chalet on wonderfully pristine Cub Lake between Kalkaska and Grayling.
