De villa bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen, meerdere terrassen en een verwarmd zwembad en ligt op 20 minuten rijden van Naverino Bay. De villa heeft 3 slaapkamers met airconditioning en 2 baby bedden, 2 keukens en 2 badkamers.

Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
