The place is just as shown in the photos. The property is close to all major locations. The host is very accommodating and helpful.

This property is right in front of Malpe beach. The whole property is peaceful and one can enjoy their stay here. Umesh was really helpful in check in process. Also, this place is easy to find on the maps. I will definitely recommend to visit Blue Bay if you're in Udupi.

A forest-like atmosphere can indeed provide a unique and immersive experience. The feeling of being surrounded by trees and the peacefulness it brings can be truly rejuvenating.

We had an incredible time in Kannur and the credit goes to Sahil sir and Shobha Ma’am! Both of them are great hosts and were always available, they made our stay very comfortable and gave us amazing recommendations! What stood out for us was the property and everything it had to offer - from splendid sunrises to breathtaking sunsets (which we caught on a kayak in the river adjoining the property) Special thanks to Shobha ma’am for cooking us scrumptious meals. We loved our stay there!

Vinod is a very friendly, and responsible person. He tried his best to do the service for us to stay in the place. Very Nice place to stay. He is Very helpful. Feels like our own home. I recommend anyone can stay happily in Vinod’s place.

location is very pleasant and has beautiful environment with the view. overall very good experience with cool weather and property has also provided sufficient amenities to make food, take rest and firewood for bonfire during the night. awesome for a chill trip with family and friends.

Beautiful and lovely stay. The location was serene with beach nearby. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the window, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. Had a wonderful stay at Sudhi's place. It's right in the lap of nature and especially beautiful when it rains (if you love the ASMR of rain, you're in for a treat). Sudhi was very helpful with recommendations and very nice to interact with. This is a no-fuss stay, perfect for flexible travellers who enjoy serenity.

Rajath is a great host and made us feel right at home. the property is very well placed with a beautiful 360 view. I would definitely recommend staying here to feel right at home.

If you're looking at this review wondering whether to book this place or not — my answer: “You definitely should!” The location is peaceful, and I had a great stay overall. The host is a genuinely kind and accommodating person, always just a call or text away. A few suggestions that could have improved my stay experience further were: - I was working from home during my stay, and there was construction going on in the adjacent plot. It would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance so I could plan my work better. - While the property was generally clean, I feel there's definitely room for improvement. It would be great if the rooms were thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive(especially cabinets and other furnishings)— things felt a bit rushed in that regard. That said, my stay was still very enjoyable, and with a few tweaks it could have been much more fun!

Great place, surrounded by trees, very peaceful. Good things : 1. The location 2. The property was well maintained and washrooms and linen were neat and clean. 3. Very responsive and good host . 4. Functional kitchen and washing machine was an added advantage . 5. WiFi Things to be noted : 1. Even though the food provided was good and delicious, not many options though. As we visited on Vishu festival, only limited options were there. 2. Vegetarians may find hard to find a restaurant nearby. Overall was a pleasant stay, would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, the photos and description does not do justices! The room is right on the backwaters and the beach is less than 15-20 steps from the gate. As this is in a non commercial kind of area not many people on the beach and it's like a private beach, in fact during our stay we had the beach to ourselves. We caught sunrise from the bed and sunsets at the beach was very scenic. Kshama and team were very helpful during our stay. Swiggy is available(dint try as we went out for food). Overall an amazing place we had a wonderful time here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly hospitable, making sure I felt right at home. The highlight of the trip was definitely the bonfire experience — such a cozy and relaxing way to spend the evening. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious, every bite felt like comfort food prepared with love. I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable, homey getaway!

The location is absolutely gorgeous directly on Malpe Beach. The cartaker Devraj is very helpful and responsive and also ensures that he does not intrude on your privacy. The place is maintained spic and span and it was a pleasure staying here. Definitely Value for money and highly recommended.

Hem is an amazing Host. The home is a farm house built in 1895, apparently 130 years old. If you are looking for modern amenities, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for peace, this place can definitely offer the same. We had perfect sound sleep during our stay. One suggestion to Hem, if you could somehow install mosquito nets on windows, we could open windows at night.

Stay was as explained, close to pakoda view point. Place is around 4.5 kms from town , good property to stay.
