Devraj, the caretaker, is exceptional - whatever you need, he ensures it's promptly provided. The surroundings are ideal, with dining, entertainment, and adventure all within walking distance. Overall, it's an ideal spot for quality time with loved ones, including your furry companions!

Had a great stay at Vinaya's Kutir, host is quite responsive & we extended for 2 more days as we like the stay and it's so close to beach. We went with pets and locality is quite pet friendly. Carry some dog biscuits for stays and they will be friendly too. ☺️

Amazing views and location. Good access to beaches and a host that arranges everything to your comfort. Modest facilities are present but at a place like this you pay for the access to pristine beaches and high quality home cooked food

We had a good stay at Ram’s place. The house has 2 air conditioned rooms and a single bed in the living room. The accommodation is easy to find and is right at the beach where we spent a great evening playing in the waves. There are nice restaurants nearby as well and the caretaker lives right next door.

It is really a beautiful place to stay and chill with family, friends with a Private beach, volley ball and badminton inside the property, spacious space, awesome interiors…we really loved the place.

White noise is a Beautiful and peaceful beach house. Communicating with Mehaal was easy . Caretaker Sachin was available all the time . Dinner from a local restaurant was easy to order . Special brownie points for the wonderful tulunadu breakfast. A bedroom on the ground floor makes it easy for the senior citizens.Bath rooms and bed linens were clean . Can’t miss the majestic horse and peacocks roaming freely in the property . Overall ours was a pleasant and a happy stay .😊😊 I would highly recommend this beautiful place for friends or family outings .

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Shettys river view farm. Although not directly on the river it’s just a few steps away from a rustic bridge from where we spent the full moon night looking at the river. The house is equipped with everything our large party needed to stay including lots of beddings, toileteries and other amenities. But, Besides all that, the star and highlight of our stay were the kind and ever smiling caretakers especially Jyothiakka. The place is maintained immaculately by them. She took care of every single need of ours ensuring that we have a memorable stay. The food her and husband made for us was fantastic. They are the real stars of this home stay and I would go back just for them. Thank you Jyothi and Sukesh!

one of the great stays i have been to. even though it's not so highly rated, if you are looking to spend some quality time with family and friends, this can be your ideal location. proactive host who will give you the warmest welcome. definitely Recommended.

A dream villa with beach on one side and riverfront on the other, prompt host - nothing to complain. Would recommend.

It's a great bungalow, very close to a pristine beach. The place is as shown in the pictures, rooms and interiors are well made. Caretaker is helpful and takes nice care of the guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible beach house, and it exceeded every expectation. The interiors were beautifully designed, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with coastal charm. What really set this stay apart was the location. Just steps from the sand, with easy access to the beach in an empty private island. The host was warm, responsive, and thoughtful, even leaving behind a welcome basket with a few treats. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. We loved the garden area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was fantastic – just steps away from the shoreline, and close to charming local restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, breathtaking sunsets, and the convenience of having everything nearby. The staff Gangadhar and Yashodha was friendly and attentive, always available to help with any requests we had. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat by the sea, this villa is the ideal choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!
