Tinso Talu, prachtige woonboerderij in de natuur

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Deze 125 jaar oude houten boerderij is prachtig gerenoveerd met veel originele details. De boerderij is gelegen in een schitterende tuin met vijvers en een eigen sauna huis met hottub. Gelegen midden in de wilde natuur van het Otepaa landschapspark met 60 ha eigen bos. Absolute rust en privacy is hier gegarandeerd. Het huis beschikt over warm en koud stromend water, een moderne keuken en badkamer en 3 zeer ruime slaapkamers.

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga (24m2), kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib inimestele, kes naudivad privaatsust looduses ja omaette 30m2 terrassi männipuu all. Hooviala on ligi 10 000m2. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja self-check-in. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad on kohapeal olemas (50x60cm, 150x200). Peale sauna saate nautida värskendavat suplust tiigis.

Cozy, private country home with a garden and sauna

Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

Cosy cabin on a wild meadow

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
