This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.
