This is our second stay here. We have already booked our third. I can’t say enough about the hosts. They are both so welcoming, helpful, kind, and respectful. We had been at chess tournament for over 10 hours and my boys needed to burn off some energy! They were playing in the bedroom and hallway and were laughing pretty loudly. I immediately asked if they were too loud and the response was so kind and thoughtful as it wasn’t late and to let them be kids!

This stay fully met our expectations. My son and I visited Seattle for a college tour and the location near the UW campus--while still being accessible to other areas of the city--was great fit. Our hosts graciously left us a personalized welcome sign and yummy snacks... such a lovely touch. We appreciated the cozy rec room vibe and found the space to be very welcoming, clean, and a great value. Love the terrarium in the window well! As far as meals, while we would have been fine with grocery shopping and prepping basic meals in the apartment, we decided to use the money we saved on housing to go out to eat. We did not have to go far for a great breakfast in Montlake at Oxbow Bakery. For dinner we tried Umi Sake House (well known and lives up to the reviews) and another sushi place in Belltown called Sushi Ave (111 Queen Anne Ave N) that was surprisingly good. But hands down our favorite meal was at Morsel in the University District. Biscuit perfection!

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Hugo’s place was perfect for a couple days in Seattle for myself, my partner, and my partner’s mom. We live in Portland and we’re in Seattle fairly often, but had not yet stayed in the Fremont area — but now that we know about this place, we would definitely stay again. It was clean, quiet, and an overall excellent value. The location is great, with lots of food options within walking distance in a nice residential area, the park across the street, and downtown touristy stuff just a short drive away. The space was warm and inviting, and Hugo was very communicative and proactive.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

One of best Airbnbs I’ve had. Susanne was very attentive and flexible with my request to check in early. The room was quite spacious and attractive. Super comfortable bed. Kitchen area completely stocked for my needs. I liked how the bathroom was away from the bed area. Interesting place to go for a walk! I plan to go back.

Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The place was really clean and very peaceful as well with great amenities. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Street parking can get pretty full but besides that we really enjoyed our stay!

Chibueze was a wonderful host! He was quick to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. He clearly communicated everything and was super kind when we were checking in. The place was spotless and super accommodating for our family. Everything that we needed was there and set up we didn’t have to ask for a thing! We look forward to staying here again when we visit Seattle next! Would recommend to anybody!

awesome place to stay in the Seattle-Bellevue area. hotub and sauna were super nice after snowboarding. place had a lot character and Peter was a great host!

We loved our stay in Seattle! The area was beautiful and had many great breweries and wineries in the area. The space was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

In Seattle for just a night to meet up with friends for dinner and a show at The Neptune. So sad we only had one night at James and Jory's place . . . it is wonderful! The location was perfect and this is now our favorite airbnb in Seattle. We loved how the space utilized every nook and cranny in a very design-forward way. The eclectic and inviting "library wall" was so fun to peruse, saw a lot of old friends there! This is an extremely comfortable place to stay and within easy walking distance of so much. Bravo James and Jory - you knocked it out of the ballpark!

Noah and Anastasiya's place was great. Everything was as advertised. The place was clean, orderly, well-stocked and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable. The heated floor in the bathroom was welcomed and it was very peaceful. I highly recommend staying with them and may do so again myself if I'm in the area again.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was responsive and super helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

The unit is comfortable for two and everything is good quality. The bed was comfortable and had the softest sheets ever. The kitchenette was just right, too, and all the items within reach.

The newly-renovated suite was absolutely lovely, spotless, and with lots of attention to detail. Everything one could possibly need on a trip was provided for. The only minor downside was that the suite has limited daylight as it is in the basement. Sandy and Mark were kind and considerate. I highly recommend the suite and would be glad to stay there again on my next trip to Seattle.

April 2025, a family of 3 on a vacation trip around PNW. Jasons place was a perfect basecamp, close to the light rail station for downtown and airport and to the shore of Lake Washington. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood, very fast Internet. We've parked our rental car on the street without any issues.

We have made Dickie's studio our home away from home for the past few years. It is a great location with easy access to everything that makes Seattle and Green Lake amazing. The price is always right, and Dickie always makes things easier for our check-in.

Jenny and Patrick's little slice of paradise was in a pretty, peaceful neighborhood very close to a charming little downtown that's like Main Street America. I particularly wanted a peaceful getaway to relax, and this place was perfect. I lit a fire, turned on some relaxing music, and simply enjoyed myself. The view from the living room window was really nice, too. I enjoyed watching boats go by - ferries, cruise ships, etc. I was allowed to use the hot tub, so I went up to their main deck and enjoyed a spectacular sunset view while watching a quartet of hummingbirds duke it out over their feeder. The old cherry tree in the yard near my entrance was a piece of nature's magic, with lichen and moss coating its gnarly branches, and cherry blossoms just beginning to open. It was exactly what I wanted/needed in terms of a beautiful, peaceful place to get away from it all.
