Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Alone in the Chalet with view on Dolomites

The single house that you and your loved ones can enjoy all to yourself is located in a very private location at 1,300 m. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a cozy living area with 2 sofa beds, our accommodation offers a large terrace protected and sunny warm and a private lawn with a view of the Dolomites. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

Met uitzicht op de berg maakt het 52 m2 grote vakantieappartement "Dolomiten Winklerhof" indruk op gasten met een fantastisch uitzicht. Het ligt op 10 minuten van het dorp Villanders (Villandro) in de Eisack vallei in Zuid-Tirol. De vakantiewoning bestaat uit een woon/eetkamer met een goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer en is daarom geschikt voor 3 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn Wi-Fi, satelliet-tv, een babybedje en een kinderstoel.

Het lichte appartement 'Bergblick - Fichte' in Villnöss/Funes valt op door de rustige ligging met uitzicht op de bergen. De 50 m² grote woning beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met vaatwasser, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer, een apart gastentoilet en biedt plaats aan 4 personen. Er is snelle wifi, verwarming en een tv aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een eigen balkon. Jullie hebben toegang tot een gedeelde buitenruimte met tuin en open terras.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
