Two double rooms with kitchenette in Totterdown

The guest suite is the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs and the front door and entrance corridor is shared with us. There are no doors on the stairs separating the floors. Double rooms with king-size beds. No tv. Small toilet and small shower room. Mini kitchen with combi oven, single electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, milk and cereal provided. Free street parking. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues, due to stairs, small toilet and shower

Large house with easy transport links to Bristol and Bath. Clean, light and airy featuring different artists/artwork, plenty of greenery, a garden and driveway. All recently decorated. The local area boasts all amenities including great cafes and a deli on Sandy Park Road. 50 metres from the front door is a TIER scooter and bike hire point and bus stop for Bristol and Clifton. In 10 mins you are in central Bristol boasting the Suspension Bridge, Banksy artworks and lots more.

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Very comfortable large double bedrooms, modern bathroom with powerful rainforest shower. Situated a 10 minute walk from Bristol train station and a short walk from the city centre and Harbourside. The house is nestled amongst the colourful houses of Totterdown with all its pubs, parks and cafes on the doorstep.

Surrounded by woodland 10mins from Bristol Airport

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Dove Cote @avonfarmcottages Hot tub, Log Burner

Part of Avon Farm Estate, The Dovecote is a fabulous, open-plan, single-storey, contemporary retreat, with everything you need for a romantic break, including a hot tub. The king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, the fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining area and the spacious living area with a free-standing wood burning stove are immaculately presented. Two, well-behaved dogs* are welcome.

The Loft House - Beautiful House in Best Location

The Loft House is a charming, newly renovated house in the heart of Bath . A host of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops are right on the doorstep. The historic Circus is a stone's throw away with the Royal Crescent a short walk beyond. Heading south, you'll quickly reach Milsom Street which will take you down towards the Roman Baths, Abbey and Pulteney Bridge.

Old Stables, hidden period gem, spectacular garden

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
