We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It’s gots a very ethnic and unique decor. The best part is the beautiful garden and the lake in the backyard. One can sit in the patio or the garden and see the lovely wayward lake and the fishermen and houseboats going around. We did kayaking in the lake. Prakash the care taker of the house was awesome and made us some amazing food. He was very friendly and always took care of all our needs. We would surely only stay in this house again if he ever visit allepy again. Totally recommend this awesome and serene property. A must stay here.

The Oval House was immaculate, especially the toilets. There were adequate supplies. The kitchen was well functioning. Mathew communicated promptly and swiftly. He was available whenever we needed and was accomodating for things like car park etc. We will definitely return to stay at the Oval House.

I stayed at a well-kept property surrounded by dense greenery and tidy landscaping. The meals featured authentic Kerala dishes like appam, stew, puttu, idiyyapam .A barbecue setup was also available on-site, which made evening dinners more enjoyable and hassle-free. The host, was warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a polite and responsive attitude throughout the stay. This location is ideal for remote workers seeking a quiet space with reliable Wi-Fi or for families wanting a peaceful retreat amid nature.

Excellent place. Mr AnilKumar is a very good host. He made sure we reached safely, ensured all the rooms were clean. He also arranged home cooked meals from Mini. The food was very much liked by all the elders. The house is very well maintained. The kitchen has a good number of vessels, RO water and all the bedrooms are airconditioned. Overall we had a very good stay.

Amazing place! We stayed for three days for some shopping, and Tom's apartment was a great decision. The apartment has three rooms—two with queen beds and one with a smaller bed—so it was perfect for five adults. The location is very close to Lulu Mall and other shops, making it very convenient. There is parking available inside the premises for one car. Tom is a very warm host. He communicated well and was always available whenever we needed something. He keeps the apartment in excellent condition. I would recommend this stay to everyone!

Mr. Gopinathan's place is true to the listing, as a quiet, peaceful getaway right by the river, and a few miles from the town. The place is clean, serene, and well-equipped. There were some basic provisions stocked which was a great gesture. Highly recommended as a peaceful to layback and unwind.

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

The place had such a cool and calming vibe. The property is very spacious and the pool is a really good highlight. All the amenities were provided as stated. From the moment I walked in, I felt super relaxed. Was really a peaceful experience. The staff was friendly but gave us space to enjoy, which was nice. Definitely a spot I’d love to come back to when I need to unwind.

The Cabana was exactly as described. It is right on the beach and you have a private entry to it. The pool was amazing and overlooks the beach- it was lovely to watch sunset from here. The host was very responsive and was helpful in accommodating our large group. They even arranged home cooked catered food for us which was very tasty and took the stress out of ordering from restaurant. Will recommend 100%

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in Kochi in der Unterkunft von Vineeth und konnten uns richtig entspannen. Vielen Dank für das Barbecue und den Bootsauflug in den Backwaters, es war ein wundervolles Erlebnis! Vineeth ist ein sehr proaktiver Gastgeber und kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste, vielen Dank dafür!

Der Service von Jithu und seiner Familie welche uns im Haus bedient haben war öusserst zuvorkommend und sie waren stehts für uns da. sie waren äusserst aufmerksam und haben unmittelbar unsere bedürfnisse sowie wünsche umgesetzt. Das Haus war etwas abgelegen, die Gegend ist aber wunderschön und mit einem Fahrer sind umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Der wunderschöne und gepflegte Garten war für uns die ideale Erholung. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Es war uns eine Freude an diesem Ort Beherbergt zu werden. Freundliche Grüsse Simon

I stayed here for 15 days and had a great experience. The house was exactly like the photos, neat and clean. The location was convenient with markets nearby, and the place was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay overall. However, the only issue was with the househelp. We were told she would clean the house every other day, but during our 15-day stay, she came only 4 times.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

The house was beautiful. The rooms were very clean and spacious especially bathrooms. The host was amazing, responded quickly to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this place.

peaceful place. great Jacuzzi and massage chair. sajani the house help can understand you irrespective of the language barrier. the host is responsive and available. just a note. Inform sajani of the timings so that she can prepare the food and arrangements.
