En sus más de 200 metros cuadrados de superficie útil, cuenta con dos zonas comunes totalmente diferenciadas ( con cocina, comedor, salón cada una) Además, puede disfrutarse en verano y en invierno, ya que la costa de Almería tiene una temperatura media anual de 24 grados y 320 días de sol al año.

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
