Tita Rho and Tito Jaime were really nice and accommodating! The place is perfect for family vacation. It's near everything - restaurants/fast food, jeepney/taxi, bus terminal, stores, and mall. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

Great place for a large group with spacious parking lot. Spacious rooms and toilets, just need to give the water heater sometime to heat up. Nice that there is a videoke included, just some numbers on the remote not working. Altogether we had a great stay and will come back again soon. Thanks!

Our family had a great time in this old but beautiful home. We love the spacious veranda where the family hangout for drinks and throwback stories of our life. You can feel the peaceful Baguio atmosphere in this secluded place in the city. Smooth communication with Ms.Marlyn.

The place was perfect for our family.. and it's perfect for families with small kids. It's definitely a child-friendly place. I greatly appreciated that there was even a high chair in the dining area ,some bunny rabbit bouncer toys in the living room, and a camping tent for outdoor adventures. It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

Nice AirBNB townhouse for the price. Spacious and on a super quiet street in a safe gated subdivision. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds) both upstairs. 2 CR (1 up 1 down). Dirty kitchen and refrigerator. Fireplace. Nice and comfortable furniture. The caregiver is wonderful and really adds value to our stay. It is easy to use Grab for food delivery or rides. Also, the guard will hail a taxi quickly… you can be in the town center in 10 minutes but have your peace and quiet. It is walking distance to PureGold grocery. ms Lisa will meet you at Kape Umali for checkin. She responds quickly to any questions. We asked for an electric kettle to make a hot tabo bath and she brought one to us in less than 1 minute. Both upstairs and downstairs CR have heaters but the low water pressure upstairs could not keep the hot water on. The downstairs heater worked great! Hygiene products are not provided and towels are ₽50 each. Extra water container is ₽50 after the first.

Felt right at home! The place is as described and clean. Electric fans were provided for extra cooling comfort at night since we went mid summer and temp in Baguio is not too cool at the time. Complete amenities for your stay. Easy check-in, friendly host. Great view of the cityscape day & night. Limited parking for big cars. Will definitely go back!

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house in Baguio. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The caretaker was nice and let us check in early, though they were a little slow to respond sometimes. But they did check in with us before we checked out, which was good. The place was easy to find if you follow the Waze directions. One small improvement would be the cabinets, it could use a little cleaning as there were some items left inside. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we’d recommend it!

We had a great experience at this Airbnb in Baguio City, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️
