North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

"Bakers Creek Chalet" Lucaston, is a spacious Chalet nestled in the rolling hills of the Huon Valley, just 35 minutes from Hobart's CBD. The newly renovated space has beautiful character and a welcoming homely feel.
