There's plenty of space to spread out and relax with views to the front and rear straight onto the fells capturing sunrises and sunsets alike. Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 5 with the large double height kitchen/dining room a perfect space for a larger get-together. The downstairs includes the kitchen, sitting room, a bedroom and the bathroom and has been specifically designed to be wheelchair friendly.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect quiet, snug retreat for those looking to have a great hiking base in the Lake District, a romantic weekend away, or a homely space for individuals to reflect and relax.

Toddell Barn

Toddell Barn forms part of our traditional Lakeland longhouse farm, built in approximately 1710. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.

The Bothy - secluded in The Lake District

The Bothy at Cowmire Hall is a delightful, first-floor converted farm building, consisting of a hall, large living-room/kitchen open to the roof, a shower-room and double bedroom. There is also a gallery or sleeping-platform above the kitchen area which can be accessed via a wall ladder (see photos) from the living room, with two single beds and also a sofa bed in the living room.
