Welcome to your cozy garden suite nestled in a quiet Bellevue neighborhood, a convenient base for sightseeing, medical appointments, business meetings, or a weekend trip to the Greater Seattle area! The space is thoughtfully designed with the comforts of a home away from home. We aim to provide a cozy, organized functional space with natural cleaning supplies/soaps/detergent, organic coffee beans/teas, filtered water, an air filter, and some snacks to munch on after a long day of traveling.

One bedroom with large living room , private entrance, private full bathroom with Jacuzzi. We can host up to four people. We live in a large split level home in Sammamish. The unit is a lower level suite with a separate entrance and easy access to a large lower yard and tennis court. We have electric heating system and fireplace for the cool weather and also a fan and a portable AC for the warm weather. The suite is on the ground floor of a split level and doesn't require any stair climbing.

It has air conditioning, a private garage with a NEMA 14-50 outlet for Tesla/EV charging, plus an additional parking space. Convenient location near parks, shops, and easy access to Bellevue and Seattle.
