The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. DORMITORIO SALON-COCINA todo en uno : la cama es de 135x190 cm., calefacción eléctrica y un amplio armario donde encontrarás dos juegos de toallas de baño (dos de mano y dos de ducha), un edredón adicional y bajo demanda se puede solicitar un juego extra de sábanas o toallas. También hay plancha y tabla de planchar. Aire acondicionado individual frío/calor 100% durante toda la estancia, en invierno nos puedes solicitar un radiador si no te gusta el aire caliente. La cocina está equipada con placa vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera alta con congelador y dispone de útiles de cocina como cafetera, kettle y tostadora. TV y línea propia de internet. En la cocina se dejan como cortesía unas cápsulas de café, té, azúcar y aceite/vinagre y sal. BAÑO: Lavadora y plato de ducha. Se deja como cortesía champú, gel y papel higiénico. Dispone de fregona, cepillo y recogedor así como secador de pelo.

¡Bienvenidos a mi piso! Un espacio acogedor ideal para aquellos que buscan un lugar cómodo y práctico para alojarse. El piso cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada y un baño, lo que lo hace perfecto para aquellos que desean cocinar y tener privacidad. Además, el piso cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción, lo que asegura una estancia cómoda en cualquier época del año. Los huéspedes reservan su estadía para el alojamiento indicado; es importante leer las normas del anuncio ya que está prohibido fumar en cualquier zona del alojamiento. El piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente; cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min. Es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo, el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.
