Teas, coffees and all toiletries, iron/board and hairdryer. Smart TV, WiFi, Washing m/c. Property has own entrance, secure key-box and alarm system. Close to Tesco express, Lidl. Cottage in Bute Park

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. I am soon to remove the sofa bed downstairs -. Please feel free to enjoy the paved area and lawn outside the front door. See other things to note below.

A great choice for a city centre stag-do for up to 19 people. The location is fantastically convenient - only 10 minutes walk to Cardiff city centre with its array of bars, clubs and shops. The ‘student union’ themed building has a hot tub and outside social area, while inside the spacious ground floor offers a TV, a fully loaded games room and a freetoplay games room. Lots of extra space including five bedrooms, two toilet/shower rooms, a downstairs toilet and a small kitchen/dining room
