We loved our stay at Madeira house. There was 8 adults in total and one dog and there was plenty of space. All the beds were big and comfortable, and the sofa bed was very spacious and comfortable too! The kitchen was very well equipped and the bbq and hot tub was a great bonus! The location was very peaceful and there was a great pub in Pittenweem for food called the West end - I would recommend! Overall a great stay, thank you!

Drovers Cottage is absolutely 100% our favourite place we've stayed! Unanimously voted by 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 very happy hounds! Kylie is a wonderful host, she went above and beyond to make our arrival at the cottage to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary really special. The cottage is comfortable, cosy and the décor is fabulous and there are little eco touches everywhere - the setting is incredibly pretty - even when the mists came in and the hills disappeared, and of course, there's the hot tub!!! We'd highly recommend this Scottish hideaway.

A tranquil and peaceful stay in this spacious and well equipped cottage. We were well looked after by Jenny and co. and felt totally relaxed. Enjoyed our interactions with farm life, which included birthing a lamb, petting the donkies and seeing the newborn kittens, it made our stay very special. The house is well located for trips into Edinburgh and Glasgow, or to enjoy nearby countryside. You won't regret it!

We had a lovely few days, staying at Appletree Cottage, with our two grandchildren aged 6 and 3. The cottage was very comfy and well equipped, and ideally suited our needs. Good location for many attractions such as Blair Drummond Safari Park, Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We were lucky to have good weather so the excellent play area and hot tub were much enjoyed each day. Would definitely recommend booking.

Lovely hosts, they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a quiet and cosy place to stay which stayed warm despite us staying in winter. Would recommend to others.

one of the best air b&b we have stayed in. Everything was perfect and it didn't feel like you were beside anyone else. very private and relaxing. Nothing was to much bother for Emily who was a nice friendly person. our grandson also stayed and a travel cot and high chair were provided with no additional charges.

Very nicely converted bothy. Everything we needed for a short stay, and dog-friendly. Perfect for our needs. The only element I would add is that there is a rookery in the nearby trees and they were quite noisy while we were there (it was Spring after all!). I like rooks, so it didn't bother me. Almost forgot, there's a really lovely wood-burning stove - very cosy.

We’re a group of 5 adults and 2 cocker spaniels and have just returned from a lovely short stay at Pondfield Cottage, Gifford. The cottage was immaculately clean with 3 large double bedrooms and a lovely enclosed garden for the dogs to play in. The lounge was comfortable and cosy with a wood burning stove and a selection of DVDs, books and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need with some lovely little unexpected touches like a spice rack. The location of the cottage is next door to an equine centre and horses are regularly walked past the house which was lovely to see. One small issue we experienced was resolved immediately, even though it was Easter Sunday, which demonstrated exceptional service from the owner. We would certainly recommend this property.

Beautiful relaxing cottage in a very peaceful and convenient part of Scotland. Easy drive from the airport if you have satnav/ GPS. The furnishings and especially the bedding was of top quality, much better than you would expect in a rental unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable welcoming and responsive hosts. Beautiful walk through their farmland from the cottage, Libby came over to welcome us and ensure all was well. She brought two very friendly sheep dogs that work with them on the farm.

We had a great time staying at the charming Coach house. It was easy to find thanks to Kirsty’s clear instructions. We found it well- equipped and very clean, with some lovely touches, like the table tennis table close to the house. The coach house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We enjoyed eating outside, listening to the birds. It was a great base for visiting Edinburgh too.

Gael is a superhost that went above and beyond to make our stay a great time. We'll definitely be back again.

A beautiful spot, literally fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. Gorgeous surroundings, really thoughtful welcome hamper with breakfast items. The rooms are spacious and have much more room than the pictures show, we were really sad to have to leave. Im already looking at when we can book to come back.

We had a very restful and relaxing stay at Jo's house for three weeks. The farm is in a stunning location with lots of beautiful walks from the door and lots to see in the locality with a host of good recommendations in the information pack supplied by Jo. The house was comfortable and had pretty much all one might need for longer stay. The weather was glorious throughout our stay which was very welcomed.

We loved Jules's place. The cottage was well equipped, super clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for getting to local villages and beaches and to Saint Andrews. We would highly recommend Jules's place.

If you are in Gullane, this is a great option. Would highly recommend.

The cottage is beautiful, very week equipped and has everything you need for a stay away from home. The log burner is so cosy and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! We loved our stay and communication was fantastic. Hope to come back again soon xx

The cottage is very well appointed with comfortable and stylish furniture in spacious surroundings. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast basket delivered to the door every morning. A wonderful place for spending time in historical Culross.

Lovely comfortable cottage in a very quiet area, so peaceful. Towels and linen were well presented and fresh towels given halfway through the week we were there. Cottage was so warm considering it was February. A summer stay would be amazing with the lovely garden area which is well furnished to suit a family or group of friends. Thank you.

We stayed in multiple locations during our trip around Scotland and this was by far our favorite. Clean, welcoming, and picturesque are only a few words to describe this fairytale location. It is rural which is a wonderful way to be apart of the Scottish country side. We would live there if allowed. Gorgeous!!! Thank you again!

Lewis’s flat was just beautiful. It was spotless and had everything that was needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were goodies and essentials left for us to enjoy. So nice to have these things when you are travelling. Would highly recommend this lovely spot.

Loved our stay here. Shona was the perfect host, very responsive and thoughtful. The cottage is so warm and cosy, it had everything we needed. The view onto the beach is wonderful and it’s just a stones throw from the brilliant Ship Inn. Elie itself is very pretty and with all the little fishing villages nearby to visit too, it makes for a fabulous base. I’ll definitely be back!
