Located in the foothills of the Olympics, Shippen's Cabin offers the comforts of home in a wilderness retreat. The cabin is an ideal location to base your hiking adventure, or simply come to enjoy some time away from the city while exploring the area's many attractions. Relax after a long day on the trail with a hot sauna or a meal on the deck and enjoy the wilderness setting, often visited by local wildlife. High speed WiFi is available for those that need to stay connected during their stay.

Lake Ketchum "Get Away"

Rustic cabin right on Lake Ketchum. This serene lake has rainbow trout and bass for year round fishing. There is a row boat, paddle boats, a canoe, and a pontoon boat (pontoon available upon request no extra charge). Wildlife abounds; deer, eagles, otters and many more. The cabin has several amenities to make your stay comfortable including dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a jetted soaker tub. Nearby are shopping outlets, a winery, glass blowing studio, and state parks. No WIFI or cell service.

Relax with the whole family at our rustic cabin tucked in the woods on wonderful Harstine Island. Located at Hartstene Pointe, staying at our cabin gets you access to all the community offers, including, the community pool, hot tub, club house/community center, ping pong, and billiard tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids playgrounds, BBQs at the beach, 3+ miles of beach, and 5 miles of walking trails. Please note the pool and hot tub are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

NEW OUTDOOR INFRARED SAUNA Enjoy the lake swimming at our community areas or using our paddle or rowboat. Many steps leading to the Cabin which gives the Cabin a uniquely private feel. Main cabin has kitchen, bathroom, a pull-down ladder to access the sleeping loft. Second cabin is set up as a game room with a ping pong/pool/air hockey table, board games and sleeping loft.

The cabin is located 15 miles west of Hoodsport near Lake Cushman. It has a great sense of privacy and sleeps six comfortably. Relax on the large deck in the middle of the Olympic Mountain range. You have opportunities for day-hikes, fishing and water activities at local private park. Lodging includes a guest pass to a lakeside park, complete with a barbecue pit and a dock. Note: we only accept guests with excellent Airbnb histories and do not allow parties or weddings.
