It is a beautiful 20 min drive to Katoomba, 12 min to Lithgow or 10 mins to Mount Victoria. There's a games room/pub, outdoor hot tub, three living areas, large covered outdoor trampoline & undercover BBQ area. There's an enclosed garden and sipping champagne under the stars in the hot tub at night is incredible.
