Kalathos Square Luxury Suites’ diamond is Villa Mylos, which is a 19th century olive mill that has been lovingly converted into a luxury Villa while retaining all the traditional elements of the original stone building. The olive press is a long building with arches in which the "mangano" (press) and the "millstone" where the olives were ground are still preserved.
