In the first floor of the Villa you will find mini kitchen in the main room and sauna room. On the second floor you will find the bedrooms. Guests can book hot tub for an extra free which is situated right by the villa. All of the guests can use all of the entertainment available at the villa, including Volleyball, table tennis, boats, water bike and much more.

Four private bedrooms with two shared bathrooms. Banquets can be hosted in the dinning area. Garage parking and Wi-Fi are free of charge. Bed linens, towels and essentials are provided. Villa Evergreen is ideal for groups of travelers or private events. Up to 13 guests can be accommodated at the villa.

Inside, there is a large SPA area with loungers, a mini-kitchenette, a cold water bath. In the space you will find all the necessary dishes and tools. A separate room with a double bed is equipped. The entire wall of the SPA house consists of large glass windows overlooking the nature of Aušrinė and the lake. A large smart sauna, a shower with a view of nature, a cold water bath. On the terrace there are large comfortable chairs for relaxation, a grill with all accessories.
