It's always a pleasure dealing with Clair, and it was lovely to get back to Leysdown and Harts camp once more. Clair is always mega responsive with communication. It was lovely for us all to get away. Just what the doctor ordered, in a lovely quiet corner of the camp.

Wow! My friend and I stayed here and found this place utterly spotless, beautifully presented and with clear instructions. We would love to return back with it only being a 7 minute walk from the nearest beach. We’ve had an absolute blast with the best weather. Lizz has been a fabulous host and extremely accommodating. Well what can I say apart from perfect! I booked this to propose to my fiancé due to the coziness, setting and back ground and boy did it not disappoint! The surrounding area is phenomenal and so pretty with all the wildlife right at your door step. The room itself is perfect and you could stay there for days without needing to leave. Tracy has everything you need covered from pots and pans, to cleaning products all the way to fresh milk, butter and jams. If you need anything else shops aren’t too far either. The bath is perfect and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever been in, the little bathroom is also amazing and far more space than first seems. The shower is lovely too! The bed is very very comfortable and with extra pillows as standard it’s even better. The whole room is decorated perfectly. The hot tub, BBQ and log burners are also a massive benefit and make it the perfect relaxing getaway! Tracy is just amazing and we can’t wait to go back again, you won’t regret it!

The bungalow was lovely with very comfortable sofas and the coffee machine a great addition. There were a few issues but Jamie was very responsive and went to a great effort to rectify the situation with great communication. Would recommend the gin distillery tour in Chatham and a take away from the taste of India. Overall Jamie was a great host who definitely cares about guest experience and I would recommend a visit to the bungalow.

Sandra was very quick to respond and was very helpful. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and with an added bonus of a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. It was a shame the pool was closed when the site advertised it as open, but this did not affect how great the caravan was.

Comfy, cosy, well equipped - perfect for our mini break. Julie is lovely & super quick to respond. Nothing bad 2 say .. we had a lovely stay TY 😁

Wendy is a lovely and very hospitable person, she makes you feel instantly welcomed and at ease. Her dog honey is an amazing addition and as is karen who has some amazing recommendations and is a lovely hostess. We unfortunately had to leave early due to family issues but would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit that area

Really lovely cottage right in the centre of town. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, train station and the seafront! We hiked the Seven Sisters, and the cottage is close to the starting point so it was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. The fireplace adds a lovely, cosy touch! Beds are incredibly comfortable too. No complaints and would happily book again :)

We stayed just for one night but had a lovely time. The place is very spacious and quiet, it’s clean and tidy. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of town and near the beach, so it was perfect. Olga and igor were responsive and kindly let us check in a bit earlier to drop off our stuff, which hugely helped us out. The only issue is that people have a habit of parking outside the house, right next to the front door. It was a struggle to get the buggy inside on a few occasions. Other than that, brilliant stay with good hosts!
