Our 1 bedroom Cottage Annex on our family farm overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is perfect for that quiet getaway. Pets are allowed. We are within minutes of the beautiful coastline and are just 50 minutes south of Edinburgh city. With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

Mid-century vibe garden studio in Suburbs

Compact, mid-century decor self-contained studio. Our home is in a residential area of the city. NOT in the city centre. Complimentary tea, coffee and simple breakfast food provided. Bus stop beside the house with regular service; one bus, into Princes St in 25-35 mins. We have a small driveway for you to use. We are 2 mins from the by-pass and are 15 min from Airport by taxi. Waters of Leith and Pentlands are close by. The Historic Colinton Village is 10 minutes walk down the hill.

Fordell loft is a self contained studio in the small village of Fordell in the kingdom of Fife, country veiws and walks all around it. Free private carparking beside loft in courtyard . 10 minutes east of Dunfermline , 10 minutes from Aberdour beach , close to M90 and A92. Bus service is 10 minutes walk to crossgates . Park and ride at Halbeath interchange provides excellent links throughout scotland , Edinburgh city centre and Edinburgh airport are roughly thirty minutes away by car x

Big View Studio, near Loch Lomond National Park

Soak in the views, breathe in fresh air & relax. Studio is bright and airy and modern with stunning views of Ben Lomond and National Park. The sunsets are incredible. A perfect retreat and is a wonderful base for exploring all the area has to offer. Most of our visitors wish they had stayed for longer. Come with time to relax and enjoy the surroundings and bring some food to accompany the chilled bubbly waiting for you. You will not be short of choice for things to do in the area!

Lovely Guest Suite in Central Edinburgh

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.
