We enjoyed our 3 month stay in Wilmington at Marc’s place. Marc is a great host and responded to any of our questions very quickly. His place was quiet, clean and close toTrolley Square, where we enjoyed walking to and enjoyed some of the restaurants there. We would highly recommend this spot for your stay!

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

We got in early on a red eye thinking we'd be struggling to buddy our time until check-in but when I asked for very early check in time, she immediately responded and hence became our hero! While we only stayed one night, we liked this apartment very much. Its newly updated and clean. The furniture, and especially the beds were new and comfortable. (The shower was great!!) We were very well rested in the moring before embarking on our trip into Manhattan.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Pictures don’t do it justice, the space was even nicer in person. Very clean and a great location. Would stay again.

Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Lauryn was kind to have the place ready on short notice that was clean and presentable. I was very happy with the location as it was safe and shopping was nearby. Will rent again.

This location was INCREDIBLE! This was my first experience booking with Airbnb and I could not have been happier! My guests and I all said that we would come back to Philadelphia just to stay here!

This Airbnb was absolutely stellar. The house is fully furnished with beautiful furniture and high quality art. The owner’s asks quite a bit of questions upon reserving, but for good reason - this house is beautifully furnished and immaculate. Tons of sleep spaces, clean and pristine, and everything is labeled accurately in a fantastic helpful manner. I truly enjoyed this stay and appreciate Sushas sharing their home with us. The neighborhood was also top notch.

Great place to stay when visiting Philly!

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

We were in town for a weekend and loved our stay at Christina’s place - it’s so clean and comfortable (with many nice touches) and located right in the middle of a cool Philly neighborhood with excellent food/drinks options around! We also appreciated how responsive Christina was to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Lee’s condo in Philly! It’s wonderfully designed, centrally located, in a walkable neighborhood, and I felt safe. I’m bookmarking this place so I can stay here again whenever I’m in Philly.
