La estancia en el piso de Elena fue muy bueno. Es conversadora y me indicó sitios a los cuales ir a comer algo. Fue muy amable y atenta y los espacios correspondían a lo indicado. No dudaría en recomendarla a otros viajeros.

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The location of this apartment and the outdoor balcony up so high you could look out over the rooftops of the city is what sold me on this place. The metro is right there, grocery store around the corner and all the hustle and bustle of the city is right there. You will need to fall asleep to the sounds of the city most nights. The place was clean and the host was very responsive to my communications. When I tripped an electric circuit and could not get the electricity back on from the panel, someone came over within the hour and took the necessary steps to restore power. No issues after that. Like most of Madrid's buildings, the apartment is in an older building that is still a work in progress such as elevator updating, wall imperfections and ceiling floor sound carrying. But given the ideal location, we were satisfied with our arrangements.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Pasamos unos días de descanso en la casa con perros incluidos y no hemos podido quedar más encantadas. Cada pequeño detalle está planteado para hacerte sentir cómoda y como en casa. Sin duda, una de las mejores estancias que hemos podido compartir.

Piso en localización muy buena. Todo tipo de servicios nada más salir del edificio. Todo muy limpio. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de dos semanas. Oscar fue super flexible y diligente ayudándonos a modificar las fechas y con la hora de salida. Recomendado sin dudas. Muchas gracias!

This is a great appartment in the center of Madrid, with all amenities needed for a short stay. Communication was easy at all times and the appartment was clean and comfortable.

Espaço organizado, limpo e próximo da Puerta del Sol e Gran Via. Gostamos muito de ficar o fim de semana no apartamento de Fran e Isabel e voltaríamos a nos hospedar! Obrigado!

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en el piso de Fran e Isabel. Es un lugar muy bonito, acogedor y perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer nuestra estancia cómoda y agradable. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo que necesitamos y con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés. Los anfitriones han sido muy atentos y amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier pregunta o necesidad. Aunque no tuvimos mucha suerte con los vecinos, que fueron un poco ruidosos en algún momento, esto no empañó nuestra experiencia. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este piso a cualquiera que busque una estancia agradable y bien situada. ¡Muchas gracias Fran e Isabel!

Superbe séjour à Madrid. L’appartement était conforme à la description, très propre, familial et hyper bien situé dans la ville. Les hôtes étaient très avenants et arrangeants avec nous. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons revenir rapidement séjourner dans cette ville!

El apartamento es muy lindo, amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Nos hemos Sentido como en casa. Ideal para 5 o 6 personas. La ubicación es muy buena. El anfitrión muy atento. Volvería a elegir este apartamento si vuelvo a Madrid .
