Good place for short-term stay. Metro train is really close and bus 200 from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Really good place if your idea is use it only for sleep and enjoy Madrid walking.

Zona tranquila y bien ubicada. El piso es acogedor y entra bastante luz natural, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Además del buen trato por parte de Olga, amable y atenta a todo lo que necesites. Más que recomendable!

El espacio fue mucho más acojedor que lo que nos imaginábamos, un shopping a pocos metros, restaurantes, zonas muy calmas, las camas te invitaban a dormir un poco más por la comodidad, los baños espectaculares, muy bueno que hubieran dos baños, la verdad que todo esto más la super atención y amabilidad de los dueños hacen que deseemos volver... Fue una excelente elección y no tengo palabras para describir lo genial que pasamos... gracias

Fantásticos anfitriones, se han mostrados muy pendientes de todo, y con instrucciones muy claras. Comunicaciones fáciles y muy rápidas. Muy reactivos ante comentarios de mejora, que a las horas estaban implementados. El piso es cómodo.

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

We had a great stay at Lorena’s place. It was easy access to and from Atocha. The accommodations were also perfect for our 8-month old daughter.

Wonderful host and lovely place with elevator/lift to directly to the apartment . Great Location. Great communication from the host .... notably there was a marathon (unknown to us) which closed down many streets on the day we left so the host organized taxi pickup from a nearby location. No electric dryer in the apartment however there is a laundromat across the street.

we hebben genoten van het appartement en van Madrid. Het is in het centrum en alles is dichtbij. je kunt bij het appartement niet echt buiten zitten, maar er zijn genoeg terrasjes in de buurt en prachtige parken. Alfredo reageerde snel en adequaat. ook met de grote stroomstoring! 😉. voor herhaling vatbaar

Eva en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente, tanto de la llegada como de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. El alojamiento es pequeño pero coqueto, satisface todas las necesidades, champú, gel de baño, acondicionador, instrumentos de cocina, aceite, vamos que no se le escapa ningún detalle. Y lo más importante, que es las cosas que más valoro, es la limpieza. Un 10 de limpio y ordenado. Nos ha encantado, y sin duda si vuelvo a Madrid repetiré alojamiento. Ahh y que decir, ubicación perfecta👌

Magnifique appartement, dans un quartier calme et en même temps proche des quartiers animés. Estuvimos un mes alojados toda la familia y estamos especialmente contentos por las facilidades ofrecidas por Francisco, que nos facilitó entrada flexible, facilitando llevar maletas previamente para que la entrada y la logística fuera más sencilla con los niños.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout correspondait parfaitement aux photos : l’appartement est lumineux, bien décoré et très bien équipé. La propreté était irréprochable, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte fluide et réactive. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage dans la région.

Rafael's place is perfect in terms of space and location. Fits comfortably 4 people and it's very close to two metro stations in the center of Madrid (Lavapies and Anton Martin), making it easy to get anywhere in no time. Everything was clean and the checking in the apartment is very easy - the fact that you don't need keys (it's through an app) is definitively a plus as well.

Great location, Supermarkt aeound the Corner. The room was Clean and hast private WC/shower. The host helped with lots of information, answered questions right away, even waited for us late night at arrival. Taxi from the airport costs €24 at nicht. We definatwly recommend this place! Thank you, Patricia! We will meet again soo. :)

Gustavo’s place is the best stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The house is stellar, with unique and architecture-forward elements, and we adored the garden and amenities. But what made the stay even better was meeting Gustavo! He is a great communicator, even helped us with a lunch reservation, and let us enjoy the space. This is a rare find and we can’t wait to return!
